Therapy, Clarified is a space to explore what it truly means to know yourself and build resilience through that understanding. My goal with this blog is to unpack key therapy themes—like identity, coping skills, emotional awareness, and relationships—in a way that’s clear, grounded, and human. Together, we’ll reflect on how self-concept is formed, challenged, and strengthened, and how therapeutic insights can support real-life growth.
While this blog is rooted in therapeutic concepts, it’s not a substitute for therapy. Think of it as a companion—offering insight, reflection, and connection. Therapy, Clarified is meant to be a starting point for exploring ideas that can help you understand where therapy could take you on your own journey of growth.
I bring to this work nearly three years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), with direct clinical experience in both substance use treatment and mental health care in an outpatient setting. My background spans individual therapy, group therapy, crisis intervention, and a variety of social work roles, all of which have deepened my understanding of the human experience. I’m continually inspired by the resilience of others and the quiet, transformative work of getting to know ourselves more deeply.
